Gratitude
Be thankful, show appreciation for any good deeds regardless of whether it is tangible or intangible. Focusing on and appreciating the good in our lives constantly remains us about great things all around us. Practicing gratitude allows us to recognize those who bring goodness into our life and humbles us in order to give credit to those we are grateful for.
While practicing daily thankfulness may seem like another chores, I hope to convince you that the power of gratitude far outweighs the minutes it takes to practice it. Gratitude glorifies God, it helps realize all we have comes not because of us, but from God. James 1: 17 says , every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the father of light, with whom there is no variation or shadow due to change. 1 thessalonians 5:16-18 says, rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus.
There are many benefits in practicing gratitude, it greatly benefits our physical, emotional, mental and social well-being. "Acknowledging the good that you already have in your life is the foundation for all abundance".. Eckhart Tolle. Simply " thanks, thank you or thank you so much " builds stronger relationship, love and intimacy... Be thankful for everything and live with gratitude.
